Text a customer a report on their car: recalls for that model year, the problems owners report most, the mileage they show up at, and what to watch for. Your note sits on top, from your shop.
Pick a car, add your shop's name and a note. The phone shows the page your customer opens. No account needed.
Make a report in under a minute, from the bay or the front desk.
Every report shows your shop's name, your note in your own words, and a button to call you.
Sent reports shows which customers opened their report and when, so you know when to follow up.
For each car, a checklist of what owners of that model report most, with what to look at. For your tech, not the customer.
Point your phone at the VIN barcode on the door jamb, or pick the year, make and model.
One tap opens a text with the link, sent from your own number. Customers don't need an app or an account.
Grades come from NHTSA owner complaints. Shops can't pay to change them, which is what makes them believable.
Scan or type the VIN, or pick the year, make and model, then the miles. Add a note if you like.
Preview exactly what the customer sees, then send it from your phone with one tap, or copy the link.
Your customer sees what owners of their model commonly report and at what mileage, so your estimate isn't just your word.
Customers believe it because it's careful about what it says.

No, and it says so. It shows what's common on that model year and at what mileage. Your inspection and your note tell the customer what's going on with their car. The report shows the pattern behind it.
On your phone, "Text it" opens your messages app with the customer's number and the link filled in, and it sends from your own number. On a computer, copy the link and send it however you like. We don't charge for texts.
Only on pre-purchase inspections, where someone is deciding whether to buy. For repairs and service, the customer already owns the car, so the report leaves out the A–F grade and focuses on recalls, what owners of that model report, and what to watch for.
